CEDRO has just signed an agreement with the State Tax Administration Agency.

Through this alliance between CEDRO and the State Tax Agency, a collaboration framework has been established to prevent tax fraud due to the violation of the intellectual property rights of authors and publishers on unauthorized works.

The collaboration with the Tax Agency will prompt the prosecution of tax fraud derived from piracy and illegal use through any electronic and telematic means. This agreement also includes the prevention and fight against the international traffic of goods suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights of these works, as well as any other illegal activity linked, directly or indirectly, to this type of infraction, such as smuggling or tax fraud of equipment, devices and media for the reproduction and storage of content.
