which the Álava Provincial Council has held since 1972.

This was decided by a jury made up of Alicia Giménez Bartlett, (Nadal and Planeta Prize), Manuel Vilas (Planeta finalist), Sara Mesa (Miguel Hernández Cultural Foundation National Poetry Prize) and Antonio Altarriba (Ignacio Aldecoa Prize, Euskadi Prize for Literature and National Comic Prize).
