The Tres Cantos Children and Young Adult Literary Festival (FESTILIJ3C) celebrates its 5th edition from February 3rd to 6th at the Lope de Vega Library, in which multiple activities are organized around the world of children and young adult literature with the presence of the literary stars of this genre.

The festival that has been held for years in Tres Cantos (Madrid), a benchmark in the world of children and young adult literature at the national level, this year has a more supportive version since there will be a special edition from April 28th to May 1st on the island of La Palma in Los Llanos de Aridane, at the María Nieves Pérez Acosta municipal library, which objective is to encourage the donation of books for schools and libraries that have lost their copies after the eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano and, also, to bring the children and young adults of La Palma closer to the authors of their favorite books.
