Presentation of the 17th edition of the BCNegra literary cycle

La Boquería will host a round table on the relationship between Inspector Montalbano, by Andrea Camilleri, and Sicilian cuisine.

From February 3rd to the 13th, Barcelona will host the 17th edition of BCNegra, the city's crime novel festival. Promoted by the Institute of Culture (ICUB) and curated by Carlos Zanón, the festival will be entirely physically present and will be attended by nearly 170 participants, including 112 authors from the national and international literary scene.

There will be more than 40 round tables and also theatre, literary routes, cinema, music, and a poetry slam.  The Pepe Carvalho Award ceremony will also take place during this event, which this year will be given to the American writer Don Winslow. This will take place on February 10th, in the Saló de Cent of the City Council and will be chaired by the Mayor of Barcelona, Ada Colau.
