The romance novel continues to make its way in 2022 on Publishnews-Bookwire

Novels written by women (and romance) in this week's Publishnews-Bookwire fiction bestseller ranking. In the Publishnews-Bookwire best-selling e-books list we collect the best-selling digital works from the digital distribution platform.

In week 50 of 2021, romance genre books such as Mister Smithfield, by Louise Bay, stand out among the best-selling fiction books, while L. J. Shen follows with her novel Scandalous. Nawal el Saadawi debuts in the top of the weekly chart with the novel published in Captain Swing Mujer en punto cero. Two other romance novels such as La casa de las miradas by Daniele Mencarelli and No Compromise, by Whitney G., capped these first five best-selling issues.

Meanwhile, in the non-fiction category, in the first place of the top five of the week is The 48 Laws of Power, by Robert Greene, also Paz Padilla's book, El humor de mi vida. Following in third place is Mindful, by Óscar Segurado. A new work enters this beginning of the year ranking: El fin del autoodio, by Virginia Gawel, and, as before, Víctor Frankl's El hombre en busca del sentido.
