The Spanish Center for Reprographic Rights (CEDRO), the non-profit association of authors and publishers in any medium or channel, has been named as one of the organizations authorized to exercise legal actions before the competent jurisdictional entities of the EU,
with the mission to promote integrity and transparency in online intermediation services and search engine providers.
CEDRO's mission has always been to represent and defend the legitimate interests of authors and publishers of books and periodicals, facilitating and promoting the legal use of their work. In addition, the association protects intellectual property: original creations, granting the authors a series of rights and licenses.
