Madrid, October 1st, 2021: From October 13th to 15th, LIBER 2021 returns in physical format to show the strength of books in Spanish. This fair continues being the great showcase of the Spanish book industry.

Around 300 companies from 10 countries, more than 40 activities, and 300 international guests and speakers make the fair the largest event for books in the Spanish language. Guadalajara-Jalisco will participate as honorary guest-city to show its connection with the literary world and its designation as "World Book Capital" for the year 2022.

Organized by IFEMA MADRID and promoted by the Federation of Publishers Guilds in Spain (FGEE), LIBER, which this year celebrates its 39th edition, will confirm the vitality of this industry: books in Spanish, which during this exceptional time has seen the number of readers grow to a historical amount in Spain, especially during the confinement, as well as an increase in sales.
