Another edition of “Es de libro” is back

Madrid, 09/23/2021. The 16th edition of “Es de libro” begins, the CEDRO schoolwork competition, geared at ESO and High School students from all over Spain, and which rewards the talent of young researchers. The originality of the digital creations and respect for copyrights are the most valued aspects of the contest.

“We have been promoting this initiative for more than 15 years, in which more than 39,000 students and teachers from all over the country have participated. We consider it to be an educational and fun way to teach youngsters how to do digital research and promote good practices in intellectual property concerning 'copy and paste' and plagiarism,” explains Jorge Corrales, CEO of CEDRO.

And he adds that, with this program, "we support teachers to raise awareness about the importance of respecting the work of authors and publishers of books, magazines, newspapers and sheet music, a fundamental aspect to achieve a sustainable written culture."
