The international book fair, LIBER, returns this October to IFEMA, in Madrid, as an area for trade and analysis for the publishing sector. In this edition, CEDRO will also be present with a stand to support authors and publishers and with several sessions on intellectual property.

Challenges and changes

This year, LIBER will show “how the industry is facing the challenges presented by new technologies, changes in consumer habits and the situation of small and medium-sized publishing, as well as independent publishing or the technical and specialized publishing as the basis for bibliodiversity ", as explained in a statement by the Federation of Publishers Guilds of Spain, organizers of the fair.

 Also, during these three days, "special attention will be paid to digital content, new publishers, desktop publishing, services to the publishing industry and intellectual property."
