How cultural and technological use has changed after a year of pandemic

After more than a year of living with this virus has passed, it has caused an upheaval in every level of our way of life.

A year that has changed our customs and in which thousands of people and numerous companies have had to reinvent themselves.

A year disconnected from hugs and connected through screens. A year in which distance and masks have been part of our day to day. In short, a year of change and constant adaptation from which great lessons have also emerged.

Marcos Ruão, CEO of Fnac Spain, takes stock of this unusual year: “Fnac has been an one-channel company for more than 20 years. The pandemic has confirmed our One Channel model, a strategy that has allowed us to react quickly to the most adverse conditions. Despite being one of the countries with the most restrictions, and where physical stores have been closed the longest, we have been able to adapt to the circumstances.
