As of yesterday, July 1st, 2021, the German digital technology publishing company, Bookwire, will take over the distribution of Editorial Planeta's catalog in Spanish. The cooperation includes both ebooks and audiobooks from the leading international Spanish publisher.

The partnership between Bookwire and Editorial Planeta includes the distribution of approximately 30,000 ebooks and 1,200 audiobooks. Bookwire will guarantee global availability of content, spanning multiple genres, with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets such as Spain, Portugal, the US, and Central and South American countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
