The second podcast of the Úbeda Historical Novel Contest program arrives

One can now listen in the Ivoox platform the second program that the City of Úbeda International Historical Novel Contest has carried out to disseminate all the news related to said contest and to the historical novel in general.

Four recognized experts in the historical genre participate in the program, such as Pablo Lozano, director of the program and the contest, David Yague, well-known journalist and blogger specialized in the historical genre, the member of the reading commission of the aforementioned contest Pedro Úceda, the voice of the streets of Ubetenses and the director of Todoliteratura, the specialized journalist Javier Velasco Oliaga.

The program began with an interview with the Galician writer Nieves Abarca, a well-known author of police thrillers together with Vicente Garrido. She alone has recently published the fantastic historical novel "Voraces", which deals with the Spanish exile in London in the 19th century. The Galician writer argued that the covers of historical novels where women appear, are either from their backs or have their throats cut.
