"The map of the seven seals" is the third novel by the Palencia writer César Morales.
An economist by profession, his personal trajectory changed radically when a few years ago he suffered an accident in the mountains; from that moment he modified his life and began to write a series of very interesting novels. The one he has just published in Almuzara is an original suspense novel where a map, hidden for centuries, takes center stage by disappearing from an exhibition.
With an attractive and intense language, César Morales achieves a novel full of intrigue and mystery that reflects a sad episode in our history. It is regrettable that a Blessed like that of San Andrés de Arroyo has ended up abroad, due to the economic hardships they suffered in the female beguinage where he was kept. The investigation undertaken by a defenestrated and loser policeman and an archivist will lead us through half of Spain after the search for said Blessed, which includes a unique world map. With the author from Palencia, the action is assured. In the interview, he gives us many clues about his novel, but not all. The reader will have to read the novel to know this intriguing story.
