The directors of literary meetings and festivals in Spain and Latin America offer their balance of recent months. The event in Madrid started last Friday and FIL has decided to turn to the Internet.
A swinging door between the physical and virtual worlds. This is what the main fairs, festivals, and literary meetings, now with a transnational undertaking, have become. Six months ago, Covid-19 opened a short cut to the future and we rapidly accepted this metamorphosis. Since then the public has expanded and diversified.
The penultimate appointments to take this route, but with different models, are the Madrid Book Fair, from October 2-18, and the Guadalajara International Book Fair (FIL), in Mexico, from November 28th. to December 2nd.
