The San Diego Book Festival is virtual and free, it expands this year its offer in Spanish

The Festival of Books has been organized by The San Diego Union-Tribune for four years.

 (...) On this occasion, the COVID-19 pandemic sent the festival into the virtual world, but paradoxically, that has allowed the programming in Spanish to be more extensive.

The fourth San Diego Union-Tribune Book Festival took place on Saturday, August 29 from 10 a.m. at 5 p.m.

The program was quite extensive, connecting San Diego-area readers, booksellers, authors, and businesses around a common love for the written word. More than 75 authors and exhibitors were present during this virtual event.

In Spanish, several authors participated in interviews and talks about their books, which covered literary genres such as novels, non-fiction, poetry, essays, as well as books for children and youngsters (...)
