Your first novel, LUCAS LUNA (Ole Libros 2019) is a finalist in the Premios de la Critica Valenciana to be determined on May 16 of this year. Tell us how your reaction to this news. I was happy. I couldn’t imagine it would be so well-received among readers.
When and why did you decide to write this novel. And how long did it take you to write it?
I must confess that it was never my intention to write this novel. It was my children, some more than others, who urged me to do it. True, that after writing educational, academic, even self-help, and lately poems, all that was missing was to enter the narrative arena. Lucas Luna kept me busy for over three years.
