Last but not least, this book also teaches children that eating healthy is not enough, they need to exercise too, and provides some suggestions regarding daily exercises.

There is also a chapter that teaches children how to set up the table. A paper plate and silverware are included in the book.
As they approach the cashier to pay, they can pack their own groceries in the brown paperback provided.

A supermarket food basket is also included in the book. Children, as they play, can go “shopping”, and place the products selected in the basket.  They can double check the shopping list to make sure they have not missed any items.  A blank shopping list is included in the book.

The book is designed as a Pop-Up: the first page shows a supermarket food delivery truck.  Inside the truck there are cut up cards identifying different food products that the child will be able to place on the corresponding supermarket shelves.

The book teaches children how to prepare a shopping list, and to prepare their own lunch and/or dinner menu.
