Synopsis
A fictionalized biography of the authors grandmother, Spain between 1892 and 1979. Emilia was born in 1892 and was anchored in the first half of the century. From the bosom of a wealthy family that then lost it all completely causing her father to lose his mind. An accident left her limping for life at age thirteen, and although they tried a leg transplant from a young girl who died in the hospital, it was not possible. She married two or three times, as if it was her first marriage.

Aunque vivió a lo largo del XX, se quedó anclada en la primera mitad del siglo. Del seno de una familia adinerada pasó a perderlo todo y su padre acabó completamente loco. Un accidente la dejó coja de por vida a los trece años y aunque intentaron transplantar el miembro de una joven que murió en el mismo hospital, no fue posible. Se casó dos o tres veces, según se vea su primer matrimonio.
