Jack LaLiberté is participating in the construction of the so-called “Twin Towers.” This colossal project has created high expectations and the buildings will become the tallest skyscrapers in the world to date. Kahnawake, Canada, 1886. A group of teenagers from the Mohawk tribe learn the trade of assembling metal structures. The apprentices start off on a railroad bridge over the Saint Lawrence River. Soon, a legend starts to spread that the men of this tribe are immune to vertigo, making them able to work where others would never dare to go.
