Spanish Author Rosa Montero Presents her latest book, La Carne (The Flesh).

Presentation of a bold and surprising work, the most complete and personal of anything Rosa Montero has ever written before. An emotional intrigue that conjures up the passing of time, the fear of dying and failure, but also hope and the need to love. In a conversation with the writer Daína Chaviano.

Rosa Montero, Spanish journalist and writer.  She studied writing and psychology and worked with independent theatre groups.  She has published: La hija del cannibal (The cannibal’s daughter), El corazón del Tártaro (The Tartar’s heart), and La loca de la casa (The crazy woman of the house) among others.  She has also published the story book Amantes y Enemigos (Lovers and enemies) and two biographical essays: Historias de mujéres (Stories of women) and Pasiones (Passions), as well as children’s books and summaries of interviews and articles.
