The four-day Intensive Course of Short Stories by Jorge Eduardo Benavides at Centro Cultural Español Miami is open to the general public.

Intensive Course of Short Stories by Jorge Eduardo Benavides at Centro Cultural Español Miami starts Wednesday, May 9th. The course will last four days, with sessions May 9, 10 and 11 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Jorge Eduardo Benavides is a Peruvian author and professor, head of Grupo Prisa's online website “El Boomeran.” His most recent book, “La paz de los vencidos” was published by Alfaguara in 2009. Benavides has dictated courses in different Spanish schools of literature and universities such as Complutense, Granada and Vienna. He has also taught classes for public and private institutions in US, Europe and Asia.
