LIBER gets revamped to become a professional and social event

The International Book Fair (LIBER) to be held from October 2 to 6 in Madrid, will have a new structure, serving as a meeting place for the largest books publishers in Spanish, and will also open the event to all citizens.

"We have all the good achieved in previous 30 editions of LIBER to transform it into a fair, that not only serve to expand the business of the Spanish publishing sector, but it is open to the whole society, to set up a meeting place for authors and readers and turn it into a major cultural event for the city," said Javier Cortés, President of the Federation of Publishing Guilds of Spain (FGEE) and the Federation of Chambers of Book (FEDECALI) during the presentation of news.
