Spanish Publishers Will Be in Charge of Distribution in the United States. July 8, 2020. Ediciones Urano enters the North American market. This November, the publisher will begin to edit and distribute books in both English and Spanish.

This next step increases the publishing group's North American presence, expanding from Spanish distribution to include publishing books in English, betting on North American in addition to Spanish and Latin American authors.

The US debut will take place with the works of Don Miguel Ruiz, thanks to the signing of an agreement between both parties. In this way, Ediciones Urano becomes the international editor of Don Miguel Ruiz's work with a worldwide release that will be published simultaneously in English and Spanish in the United States, Spain, and Latin America.

Don Miguel Ruiz, renowned Mexican writer and essayist, is an international luminary of spiritual literature and personal development. He is the author of The Four Agreements, a worldwide bestseller which has sold more than six million copies in the United States and seven million worldwide. His books have been translated into over 40 different languages and he has sold over 12 million copies worldwide.

Joaquín Sabaté, CEO of Ediciones Urano, emphasized the importance and magnitude of the agreement. This global agreement with a best-selling author, capable of selling millions of copies of his books in the US, reinforces our position and allows our company to climb a few steps in the ranks of international publishers". In addition, he added, "we are closing agreements with other great authors to expand our English catalog and are open to negotiating the debut of notable authors in the numerous Spanish-speaking markets."
