Jordi Sierra i Fabra wins Cervantes Chico 2012 Award

The judges and the students of 42 schools in Alcalá de Henares, Spain, gave the award to the author for the importance of his literary work and his work and commitment through his foundations in Spain and Colombia.

For the second time, Jordi Sierra i Fabra, one of Bambú Editorial authors, receives the Cervantes Chico 2012, the first time was in 2010 with Fernando Lalana. The award ceremony will be in mid October with the attendance of princess Letizia.

The Cervantes Chico award started in 1992 and rewards authors of children and youth books.
