Anna Morató brings us children’s stories containing tips for instilling in kids values such as self-esteem and tolerance of frustration.

We are taught happiness, and if this can begin at an early stage, so much the better. To this end, the writer Anna Morató has published De mayor quiero ser feliz (When I Grow Up, I Want to be Happy) (Beascoa) in which she deals with feelings such as anger, empathy and the value of trying. “I use visual metaphors to help children understand complex concepts. They have to understand that in the end they are the ones who decide how to react to what life brings, and so all the stories end in the same way: you decide.”
