Fernando Vallejo, Fabio Morabito and Ricardo Piglia, among others, will participate in the festival, September 12 to 16, reports infobae.com.

This year, the Festival will honor Mexican Literature. It also will host international writers from Spain, Norway, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile and France.
