A very positive balance of LIBER 2018 that this evening ends its 36th edition in the Gran Via venue of Fira de Barcelona, reaffirming the dynamic role of the fair to increase the sales of the publishing world, especially in the foreign sector.

In an environment of greater optimism and intense commercial activity, LIBER has brought together professionals from across the book value chain and reflects some of the trends that are driving the evolution of the publishing market. LIBER 2018 has attracted nearly 11,000 professionals, 10% more than the last edition organized by Fira de Barcelona. These include 550 key buyers and prescribers in the purchase and distribution of books in foreign markets. They were invited directly by the organization and by the promoters, and were interested in taking up the offer of the 361 participating exhibitors, as well as being predisposed to place orders on-site.
