Success of the participation of America Reads Spanish in ALA 2018

Another year, America Reads Spanish was supporting the librarians in their most important fair. ALA 2018 took place in New Orleans, a city with Spanish roots and which is celebrating its 300th anniversary with celebrations and exhibitions of its cultural heritage and especially the Spanish contribution to the American Revolution.

In addition to the promotion and information that America Reads Spanish always offers, librarians who visited the America Reads Spanish booth at the fair were able to take home the printed version of the Essential Guide to Spanish Reading, which is also available on this portal.

In addition to America Reads Spanish, other Spanish companies also had their own independent booth such as Lantia, which featured an independent collection of Cuban authors, Spanish Publishers, with its large catalog or Iberoamericana Vervuert mainly with academic books. Odilo was also present with its offer of digital Content as a service and solutions for digital libraries, archiving and digital preservation.
