Mariluz was born in Madrid (Spain) on December 1, 1976. Studies Biology at the Complutense University of Madrid until 3rd course.

In 1998 she has her first manic crisis and is diagnosed with type I bipolar disorder at the Nuestra Señora de la Paz clinic. She began to paint and studied Restoration of Ancient Painting at the School of Casto Castellanos in the 2005-2006 academic year. That same year she began her treatment in public health and writing her first book. In 2018 she publishes Eutimia. I'm crazy, and you?
