PureFlix is best known for their family friendly, and faith based programming. Now they are looking to expand from English only shows and movies, to Spanish-language programming.

The new site, Pureflixespanol.com will offer a wide range of programming and in addition will be adding close to 100 titles on a monthly basis.

“When Hispanic consumers talk, a responsible company needs to listen and act…and that’s exactly what we did,” said PureFlix.com CEO Greg Gudorf. “Hispanic families are seeking clean, faith and family titles and we want to be the streaming video service they turn to and trust.”

Gudorf added that according to research conducted by the Pew Research Center, 77 percent of Hispanics in the U.S. identify themselves as Christian and a combined 84 percent indicate that religion, in general, is “very” or “somewhat” important to themselves and their families.
