Manuel Pimentel transforms his novel 'Dolmen' into a declaration of his obsession with archeology and suspense

The writer and editor of Almuzara returns to the geography and history of Andalucía in order to shed light on an ancient prehistoric rite that reveals the miseries as well as the greatness of people of all eras.

Dolmen is the title of the latest novel by writer and editor Manuel Pimentel. Like his previous books, it has been published by Almuzara, his own publishing house. But this latest volume consecrates its author as a bona fide writer because he pours into it the ingredients that truly make any great book. His old love for archeology, of which he had given evidence in his previous books, becomes a backdrop for something greater: the creation of a thrilling, atavistic mystery, brimming with suspense and energy, passionate and plentiful reading, worldwide travels –and also, of course, weakness, misery, and, last but not least, human greatness.
