More than 50 Hispanic-American writers are among the most read and studied Hispanic authors in American universities, according to a data center and literary resources of the United States. Data from the Gale Literature Resource Center is collected by a committee of academics, librarians and other academic professionals.
This list of writers of the Gale Literature Resource Center contains about 500 Hispanic authors of all nationalities and eras, and among these Spanish-American writers are:
