The Association of Publishers of Cultural Magazines of Spain (ARCE) was established in 1983 at the initiative of the publishers of cultural magazines, with the purpose of pooling the necessary resources and instruments to promote these cultural projects, and in view of the need to define common actions for the group of editors and the public to whom these publications are addressed.
